Player development is one of the most important pieces in achieving your long term goals. Playing games and attending showcases will always be more fun but you have to develop the tools through a substantial amount of training if you want to get noticed and compete at a high level.
Parents play a significant role in the development of young athletes. Navigating the whole process and deciding which route to take can be a little overwhelming, so we want to make sure that we not only work to develop young athletes but also educate parents on which option is best for their child's development pending their goals and abilities.
As coaches we play a very important role in the overall experience of a young athlete. It is our job to lead these young athletes through the development process and help them become more than just baseball players. At NLA we can be the support system you coaches may need for the X's and O's which allows you to focus on the most import aspect of coaching, developing character.
